The usual order for Briggate and Call Lane shops opening or refitting a complete floor.

- Shop-front elevation notes where relevant
- Lighting and mirror elevations
- Joinery outlines for bench, till, and store
- Two revision rounds across the drawing set
- One install visit within Leeds
Package III — House Special
£8,200
For corner units, dual rooms, or warehouse conversions with awkward structure.
- Everything in Package II
- Extended survey including secondary spaces
- Detailed finish schedule keyed to every zone
- Coordinated notes for your lighting contractor
- Three revision rounds
- Two install visits within West Yorkshire
- Handover care sheet for timber, fabric, and metal

Payment rhythm
Fifty percent to begin measured work, balance on delivery of the agreed drawing set. Travel beyond the Leeds outer ring is noted on the quote. We invoice in GBP to UK accounts.
