First visit fees

A sixty-minute studio consultation at Call Lane is £95 and credits toward Package I or higher if you proceed within ninety days. A site walk within LS1–LS7 is £145 including basic measured notes.

What to bring

Rough floor plans, lease constraints, and photos of the shell help us sketch on the chalkboard wall. Timber or tile samples you already like are welcome — local merchants toward Mabgate are often our next stop together.

Finding Call Lane

We sit a short walk from Briggate and the Corn Exchange. Look for the chalkboard board in the window — interior samples and elevation sketches, not appointment books. If you arrive by rail, Leeds station is roughly ten minutes on foot through the city lanes.

For larger boards or sample crates, message ahead so we can clear a table; the workroom is compact by Leeds standards.
