Fees and currency

Prices appear in GBP (£) and exclude VAT where VAT applies. Package fees cover design work described in the proposal. Builder costs, material purchases, and council fees remain the client’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Intellectual property

Concepts, boards, and drawings remain Good Folk Studio property until invoices are paid in full. Clients then receive a licence to use approved documents for the named premises only.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England (including Leeds) have jurisdiction for disputes arising from commissions booked through this site.
